This printing is the original text of the Westminster Confession. Several churches have presumed to eliminate from the text of this Confession the doctrine that the Pope of Rome is the Antichrist, the doctrine that magistrates have a responsibility to use their power that the truth of God be kept pure and entire, etc. This printing represents the authentic doctrine of the Protestant Reformation, and especially of Bible-believing Presbyterians.
